We would definitely go back. The hotel is great with courteous staff. The breakfast was great and excellent, we enjoyed a wide range of meals.

The staff was attentive and the room on level 6 was beautifully maintained. I liked the incredible and sensational breakfast that suited all tastes. The hotel is conveniently located in a central area, close to the metro and key attractions in Paris.

Clean, good value hotel, its location was amazing and close enough to restaurants on the Champs-Élysées, and a great last minute car rental. The new-fashioned and tidy room with eiffel tower view. Incredible and excellent breakfast — a wide range of meals.

The hotel has well-trained and outstandingly helpful employees. The rooms are well-equipped with a mini bar and coffee.The views from the rooms are marvelous.The design of the hotel is lovely.The beds are comfortable.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower, sightseeing and Champs Elysées. We found nice Renoma Cafe Gallery nearby with hot beverages.

Had a very good stay during my summer holidays at Hotel Chateau Frontenac. The room was light-filled, nicely furnished, and had a view of the Eiffel Tower. The comfortable bed and balcony made my stay even better.

The hotel was truly exceptional and the location was perfect very close to sightseeing locations as well as the best shops in Paris. The a double room was beautifully maintained and well-appointed with comfortable decor, so that guests had essentials. The breakfast was fantastic and excellent, for all tastes … and the staff was very friendly!

We had a wonderful time visiting Renoma Cafe Gallery in the evening, as it was conveniently close and the famous Champs Elysees was just a short distance away. We really enjoyed the fantastic location.

The breakfast was adequate. Not great, but ok. A little disappointing considering this is a 4 star hotel.

The bathroom towels were not very good. Flimsy would describe them.

we took a junior suite as we were going with two small kids - it was big, lots of space to play and run around - big bathroom fo rchanging nappies... healthy breakfast with lovely staff that dont bother when kids are running around. Bets place to visit 16eme, trocadero, eiffel tower and chanps elysees with baby stroller as you do not have to take the metro/public transport - everything is in walking distance.

- Location Location Location is the best feature in this hotel, it is 1 min walk to the Champs elysee. - The free internet in all the rooms.

- We booked 2 rooms. One of them the A.C. was down. We asked the staff to fix it but the technical support didn't fix it untill we complained to the manager. It is true that they provide us a fan, but still, its sound was annyoing. Moreover, everytime we leave the hotel, the room service used to take the fan and we had to ask for it again. - The room service was veeeeery slowwwww. They would take ages to bring us a blanket, a pillow or the fan. - If you want an iron and an ironing board, then the hotel will tell you that you have only an hour to iron your clothes and they will take back. (sooo not 4star hotel service)
